Warranty
For all new products purchased in our e-shop, we provide a statutory warranty of 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods. In the case of a used product, the warranty period may be reduced to 12 months — this information is always indicated for the specific product. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that appear during normal use of the product.
Right of withdrawal (return of goods without giving a reason)
If the purchase is made via the internet or another form of distance communication, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us by e-mail and use the withdrawal form, which we will send you. The goods must be returned undamaged, clean, and, if possible, in their original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Complaint (exercise of rights for defective performance)
If the purchased product shows a defect, you have the right to make a claim within the statutory warranty period. Claims can be submitted in person, by mail, or by e-mail. Within 30 calendar days of submitting the claim, we will decide on the method of resolution — repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Upon receiving the claim, we will issue you a written confirmation with the date of receipt, a description of the defect, and your requested method of resolution.
